I entered correct credit card number that has not expired on my Jott form account on May 12 to pay this months subscription fee.
On May 14 I received an email that you had downgraded my account
You have a correct credit card number on file for me for a credit card account that has not expired . Please correct your mistake immediately and reinstate all of my forms immediately !!!!
