What is JotForm?

I do not understand how JotForm works, and what this is for. How do I create a Form, and what is this for? Please help.

JotForm is an Online Form Builder. You can use it to create online forms for pretty much anything, collecting various information, selling products, making surveys, bookings, registrations, applications etc and it is easy to use.
