Why is one of my forms not working?

    after setting up in january my contact us form is now not working, is it to do with the number of submissions?

    I checked your account and I can see that it is currently in good status. I was able to open your forms as well. I did a test submission and the form redirected me to the Thank You page.

    Please provide more details about the issue that you're having so that we can further assist you. Let us know if you are getting any error message or you cannot open the form.

    I have cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    the email was on the bounce list so i removed and now working fine, thanks
