    Hi,

My PayPal is not working properly? If I select email option it doesn't take me to PayPal at all? And if I select postage it does but then Paypal says it is not working properly?

Our apologies for taking time to answer this question. I would recommend to please wait for us to respond to your question rather than commenting on the thread. Inquiries are being assigned to us in a linear manner based on the time the question or last response was made on a thread. So for every comment you make, your question gets moved to the last line.

Anyhow, to address your concern: It looks like you have misconfigured your Paypal gateway settings on its pricing. Some do not have a price and others do.

Note: If the selected products come to a total of $0, it will not redirect to the Paypal page as there is no amount to pay by the user.

So what you should do is modify your pricing on your Product settings

Now with the concern about being redirected to Paypal which returns an error, it appears to be related to the Paypal domain which your account is under. Every Paypal account is dependent to which country the account was created. And as I have checked my account, integrated it to the form, made a submission it appears fine. But when using your email, the error appears. I would recommend to please contact Paypal over this matter.

If you have questions or if you need assistance, please let us know.

    Thanks. :)

OK thanks, I was hoping as by email it is free that they can pick that option and pay no EXTRA, or pick postage and pay the 6.00 extra. Is there another way I can do that?

Can you please tell me what the difference with PayPal pro and express is? I have a business account with PayPal so this should have worked perfectly??

    TIA

If you want for the users to have it free and pay no extra when they pick the option "Email", you can set your Paypal Payment Field as unrequired. Then, when they pick Post and they will pay an extra, the Payment Field should be required.

Here's a guide for it: How to Make a Field Required Based on Another Field Selection or Input.

Can you please tell me what the difference with PayPal pro and express is?

The difference between PayPal and Paypal pro is that, when users submit your form using PayPal, they will be redirected to the PayPal Checkout Page where they will have to log in from their account while using the PayPal Pro, they will enter their account information directly on your form.

For more info please refer to this guide: Difference Between PayPal and PayPal Pro.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

Thanks Chriistian but they still have to pay either way, just the $6.00 extra for postage?

    Hello,

You can enable Shipping option of PayPal and set $6.00 per Transaction as you can see the screenshot below:

PayPal Things dont appear to be working at the moment Screenshot 20

So that, your users have to pay $6.00 for postage even though they select $0.00 gift cards.

    I hope this helps.

If you need any further assistance, let us know.

    Thank you.

NO you are not understanding me sorry.

These are gift cards. If you want them posted, you must pay $6.00. If you don't there must be NO charge for shipping/posting etc?

So for a $30 card, it would be $30 for having it emailed, and $36.00 for postage. Is there a way to do this?

    Hi,

Please update prices of your products as you add some product options for it. For example, these are price options for the gift card whose values is 30AUD.

Please update the price of each one individually and do not forget to save changes you made by clicking on the "Save Product" button.
