Help, I am not a programmer and some of the explanations, using WebHooks and code is a little beyond me, but I am willing to learn. I want the results that are sent via email to also propagate a clients spreadsheet automatically. So as each result comes in, it's simply added to the list. Can you show me in simple terms please, how to do this.

    Thanks in anticipation!

    Hello POME3790,

Do you mean to say that you want to download your form's submission data in excel spreadsheet? Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and there are multiple options available to get your form's submission data in excel file:

#1. Google spreadsheet integration: You can also integrate your form with google spreadsheet. Once your from is submitted, a copy of the submission record will also be saved in your integrated google spreadsheet. Here is a guide to help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

#2. Export to excel: You can export your submission records in excel. Here is a guide to help you achieve this :  http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

#3. Create excel report: You can create an excel report and this guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report

    Hope this helps.

Thanks, Aswin, yes I have downloaded to Google docs no problem, but I would like to be able to send the report directly to my client so they can save to an excel or Google Docs file.

    Hello POME3790,

Okay so you want to send the excel file itself, is that correct?

I would suggest you to please take a look at the following options:

#1. Ask your client to use their own google account to integrate form with his own google spreadsheet instead of you integrating with your own google account.

#2. Create excel report and share the URL with them. Whenever they click on the URL, an excel file will be downloaded with latest submission.

#3. Please take a look at our "Reports To Cloud" app and see if that fits into your requirement. This will upload the excel file to your client's dropbox account automatically.

#4. You may also like to take a look at "Zapier" app to send submission data to google spreadsheet.

    Thank you!
