remove available dates from list once form is submitted

I make wedding cakes and this form will be used for online orders. Thing is, I can only do one per calendar date. How can I remove a date from the list once a form has been submitted for that specific date?

You can make use of our Appointment Slots widget, this widget will allow you to add dates, and specify how many available slots there are on this date, once a date is selected, it will decrease the number of slots on that date.
