I tried several different passwords on the login screen and none worked. Then, I clicked I forgot my password link and put my email there. It says I have no account on the site. I need to access, I use your services for academic research. I've got datasheets inside forms...

We can help you find your account but please provide us any of the following:
- Form ID
- Form name (exact name)
- Form Direct Link
- Website where you embedded the form

Are you sure the embed your JotForm forms to your website? If you are sure, could you please provide us form URL or screenshot of your form?

I have checked the page that you shared with us and found the form.
For security purposes, we can not share our user's information. However, when I compared your and this account, I could see that they are logged in the same location.
The form is under the user which has the username "cataphract" and the e-mail address is "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Now, you can log in your account. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
