I have a subaccount so I can read forms. Unfortunately, I can only read one line from the form? What can I do?

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

Your data is stored on US servers:

And your sub-users data is stored in EU:

So you should uncheck the Store data for your sub-user so his data will be stored on US servers as well. Just go to this link: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/data while logged into your sub-user's account.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

ok. perfect. i transfered the main user's data and the sub-user's data zu EU. In the future it will happen automatically, so that the sub-user can see the data without any action by the main-user?

    Hi,

Yes, it is sufficient that both accounts' data are stored on the same server. No further action is necessary.

Please, let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

    Kindest Regards.
