Cannot log on and still waiting for password reminder

I attempted to get onto my account and it would not let me log on. I clicked password reminder and I am still waiting on it.

Can you please provide the email address you're using? So we can check if it's in the bounce list, at the moment I see an account under the name gillian, but there's no email address associated with it.
