    3. If we for some reason want to alter any info on the admin side- can we do that just on the first page and not including approving the payment again?

    Hello Daniel,

Yes you can edit the submission from form's submission page. You can edit all form fields data except payment data which is anyway not allowed to be edited.

You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to edit your submission data:  https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    New try;-)

We offer a signup to a running event. The price is increased in steps the closer we get to the event.

So the person signs up for $25 in January and comes back in March with a change in the contact details. The product price (Stripe widget) is now $40 and when the confirmation (edit-email) is sent out the new price that he or she didn't pay is in it. Any way to go around that?

    /Daniel

I tested the issue, and see that it is not possible to avoid the change of price on the form. However, if you are not sending the autoresponder email on edit, you can hide the payment field on the edit action on the form. You need two extra widgets on your form that are hidden. You will collect the date and URL of the form views and with a condition, you can hide payment field on the form while a user edits it.

If you want to setup this kind of workaround, we can help you to build it. Please confirm that it is suitable for you. Please see this thread for the details of the workaround:

Please note that if you are sending auto-response email on edit, the payment information will also be sent. Another way to avoid this is not to send payment information on auto-responders.

    Awaiting your response.
