Can I recover a form which had been created on guest account?

A couple of moths ago I created the form on this site, more exact a questionnaire whose data I desperately need right now. However I was not signed in in the period when I created aforementioned form, is there any way I can access the feedback and data from the form via new profile?

Since your guest account's and your current account's IP addresses match, I have moved the form to your new Jotform account.

Now, you can see the submissions of the form you mentioned.

How to View Form Submissions

Please log in to your Jotform account which is related to your email address mia.stojiljkovic@gmail.com and check your form and its submissions.
