I need to downgrade my account

    Please let me know how to manually downgrade my account.

    When I check your account, I see that your account has been already scheduled to downgrade. You will be in our free plan on May 28th, 2017. 

    Also, I see that your payment method is PayPal. Please make sure that you have already cancelled your subscription on PayPal. You can follow the user guide which I have shared with you below:
