I connected my Square account with JotForm and clients have made payments, but the money has not come through to me. Where is it?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there are 2 submissions with the payments. I see that the payments are processed successfully since they are displaying the payer information. Please be noted that JotForm can only forward the form filled information to Square to complete the payment process. Based on the response received from the payment gateway, it is displayed on the form whether the payment is successful or not. Since the two submissions on the form seems to be having the payment processed successfully, we request you to check with Square support by providing them with the Transaction number displayed in the submissions.

    My clients said these payments never were charged to their cards. Could you please help me figure this out? I've had to take different forms of payment and it has been a big hassle.

    The reason why they are not being charged is due to the configuration in your Square payment field. It is in sandbox mode:

    Please set that field to live mode, and make sure your Square account credentials is for the live mode too. Let us know if you need more help.
