I have accidentally deleted a form

    I have designed a form.  It is visible on screen, but when trying to get to its url I get the message "deleted by user".  I desperately want to save this form, but there is no save button.  HELP

    I was able to open the form URL that you kindly provided, so I understand that you have restored it successfully.
