Auto-response with conditions

Hello,

My name is Emily and I am working with Jeff on a project and creating a jotform for specific classes that clients can sign up online to attend and was wondering if there is a way to do the following once a class is booked:

1. Can we generate an auto response to the person's email with the details they just selected/signed up for?

2. Can we also generate an auto reminder 24 hours before the selected class time?

1. Can we generate an auto response to the person's email with the details they just selected/signed up for?

You can customize the autoresponder email in the Emails wizard. You can change the font, alignment, table and insert an image. Also, you can remove the fields that are not needed. The "Form Fields" drop down allows you to insert the field's unique name.

Please take note that you can create multiple autoresponder emails and use conditions on it. In this way, if condition 1 is met, then autoresponder 1 will be sent to the user. Here's a helpful guide: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer.

2. Can we also generate an auto reminder 24 hours before the selected class time?

Yes, you can send the autoresponder email at a later time. This option is available in the "Advanced" tab of the autoresponder.
