Hey JF,
We rely on Submission IDs being included our form notification emails, but sometimes they don't come through. Most recently, it has happened with the attached form. I have checked to see that the email is set up to include that data. It does come through when I do a test email, but when a customer fills out the form, we don't get that top line of the form data.
Please help me identify why this is happening?
Thanks!

Hey there too 😊 I checked the most recent Email Notifications generated by this form https://www.jotform.com/71315890295966 and confirmed they don't have the Comment/Check ID section.
I ran some tests on my own forms but failed to reproduce this behavior though. There's a chance the template you have is corrupted. Can you try deleting your Email Notification then re-add it?
This will cause the template to be in its default state with all fields added. Once you're done re-adding it, just add the Submission ID back to the template as the first entry right at the top of the table.
