Do I need notification email set up if I have conditional emails set up?

    Request Free Estimate (Name of Form)

    I have forms that have conditions - based on zip code delivered to specific emails.

    If the zip code is assigned to Canton office it goes to 4 emails.

    If the zip code is assigned to Alpharetta office it goes to a different group of emails.

    I also have the following emails set up (Send email after submission):

    CANTON - Full


    WEBMASTER - Full Name

    Do I NEED to have these notifications emails set up - or can I just use the conditional email set up? 

    I'm unclear if the conditional ONLY sends to the emails listed under condition OR if it also still sends to the Send email after submission emails also. Its for a client of mine so I can't easily just send and see where it goes and I'm not getting clear answers from client.

    Yes you will need to have the Emails on the form existing if you want to use conditional email.

    I recommend you review the user guide: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

    The user guide should help understand how the configuration of conditional email work.
