Email keeps getting to bounce list

    The email linked to this account chambedj@hotmail.com keeps getting put as spam email adn then I miss lead unless I login and change it.  I want every time my email get placed like this to get a notification or just not let it happen.

     

    How do you fix this?

     

    I am losing money because this is happening. 

     

    If there is not remedy I will just need to find another form provider

    An email address is usually added to our bounce list when we receive a rejection message from recipient email server upon an email delivery attempt.

    You may consider switching the email recipient address. For example @gmail addresses work very well with JotForm.

    We can also recommend a custom SMTP sender on forms. The bounces will be handled by your email server in this case.

    Note, that our bounce list does not block form submissions, you can view submitted entries from submissions page. Also, we provide Mac OS, iOS and Android Apps with submission push notifications.
