Forms from our Subway website for electronic mail are coming into Jot Form but are not coming into IPC/Telerx. Last time this happen you had to reset the system because of a bounce back.

It is possible the recipient email is in bounce list again. You can check it while logon to your username.
Follow this user guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Use the bounce email tool to check and remove the recipient email if its blocked or in bounce list.
