How to restrict my users to access the JotForm only once?

I don't want anyone to be able to copy what's in "https://..." to gain access to my jot forms.

What are options within jot form to prevent this from occurring.

In other words, if I send someone a link to enter a form, I only want the jot form link to work that one time only.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean not to allow the users to submit the form twice or not to access the form completely?

If you are referring to the form submission, you may consider using Unique Submission or Unique question options from the form settings.
