Embed Form to Website

    Hello,

     

    My name is Brandon Williams with the North Texas Business Aviation Association. We we're wanting to build a form that students interested in out scholarships could fill out forms on our website. Are the forms at JotForm capable embed to the website? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Yes, you can add your form to your website. There are different embed methods to choose and see which is best suited to your requirements. Please refer to this guide: Which Form Embed Code Should I Use?

    Do the forms also have the capability to upload PDF documents?

    Hello Brandon,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    If you want to upload to PDF your form, It is possible to embed a PDF file in your form by using PDF embedded widget.

    This widget allows you to display PDF files directly on your form.

    If you want to let user's upload a PDF to form, you can add the "File Upload" field to your form. Then, you can select the File type that the users can upload. As you can see below:
