My account is labelled as autosuspended?

    My jotform isn't logging me in and says it's autosuspended. I've tried verifying my email but it says the link is broken. Can this be corrected? I have a form that I spent a lot of time on but cannot access.

    Hello,

    Your account is suspended due that you are requesting log in credentials in plain text fields on your form "SEO Submission Form".

    Gathering this type of data in plain text fields will violate our Terms of use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method.

    We have removed the guilty fields on this form and reactivate the account. You must refrain from doing a new form like that to prevent a potential suspension of your account.
