    I have customers - from each of them I want to collect information

    ============================================

    I will extract from my system

     a) customer code, (example OL4002)

     b) customer name (example Mr Navin Shah)

     c) unique password (example   P&56~UIO)

    There will be about 1000 records as above

    This I want to load into your system via excel

    ============================================

    I will send each customer an email with

     a) web-link created at your site

      b) customer code that he must enter

     c) password he must enter

    Then form will be displayed, saved, can be re-called & edited etc by the customer

    I should be able to download the data entered

    ===========================================

    This way I am sure that the information supplied is accurate

    (as each customer had a unique password know only to him)

    =======================================

    I'm sorry but this requirement isn't possible to achieve in JotForm. We do not allow users to use their forms as a login system. It is not allowed to use Password Fields on your forms because it is against our Terms of Use.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

    Doing such will automatically suspend your account and will disable all your forms.

    Regards.
