Hi,
Please refer to the links below, they should guide you on how you can pass data using POST method.
PHP Forms Explained: https://www.jotform.com/help/237-PHP-Forms-Explained
How to know the PHP variables you can use in the POST method: https://www.jotform.com/help/51-How-to-Post-Submission-Data-to-Thank-You-Page
How to send the data via POST method using the "Thank You" page settings: https://www.jotform.com/help/213-Send-Submission-Data-via-Post-Method-and-Thank-You-Settings
How to send data via POST method to a MySQL database: https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
Now with Wordpress, I am not familiar on how it works or handles POST method. But I found an article related to that on this link. I suggest checking the web for discussions related to Wordpress, one good source is the Wordpress forums page: https://wordpress.org/support/.
Another way to send data via POST method is using the WebHooks integration, you can learn more about it on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/245-How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm.
I hope that helps.
