The "Click here to read the Terms and Conditions." didn't work.
What does "Tag your question" mean?
- JotForm SupportabajanAnswered on July 18, 2012 at 01:43 AM
Your anchor tag is constructed incorrectly. Please have a look at this reference. See the difference? Your opening tag has a greater than sign after the a when there should be a less than sign before the a.
Tagging your question makes it easier for persons having issues similar to those discussed in the thread to find the thread when performing searches. So, this thread should be tagged with words and phrases like "terms and conditions", "broken link" and so on.

By the way, have you had a look at Adding a License Agreement to a Form?

Thank you so much!!!! I think it's working now, but I will loo at the Adding a License Agreement to a Form as well. Can you please also tell me how you put the code box in so the computer checks to make sure it's a person entering the information? Thank you again!!

Hi, can you tell me how I get the agreement attached? Do I just put it on one of the unpublished pages on my site? If so, how do I make it open up as a small window? Thanks again! Do you work for JotForm?

Also, I was trying to place an underline below the Click Here, but I couldn't do it, and it still does not show up as underlined, so I don't know that it will work, even though it looks a lot closer to what it should look like.

Oh yes, I did read the Adding a License Agreement to a Form, that's how I got as far as I did. Now I'm trying to edit the wording of the phrase, I have read the Terms and Conditions. I am clicking on edit, but can't seem to get into that mode.

There are two versions of CAPTCHA (Completely Automatic Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart) available in our form builder: The default and reCAPTCHA. To insert the default, load the form into the form builder, click anywhere in the "Terms and Agreement" field but its link, click the Power Tools menu and then click Captcha:
(Click screenshot to zoom in if necessary)
How to Switch to reCAPTCHA
If the default CAPTCHA isn't still selected, click it and then click reCAPTCHA:
How to Fix the "Terms and Conditions" Field
Copy [Ctrl+C] this code to your clipboard, click anywhere in the "Terms and Conditions" field but its link and then click Options in the toolbar and paste [Ctrl+V] the code. After inserting the code, click OK and save the form:

Oh... I just re-read your question and saw that you actually wanted the "Terms and Conditions" to open in a small window. I'll need to research that and get back to you.
