How can I remover the logo at the top of my form

Hello,

I have removed the "Logo" image I had added to the Services Cancellation Request form. However it is still showing up on the preview. How do I get rid of it?

Hello,

There are two places that you can add a logo to your form. One is on the builder (which is a new feature), and the other is on the Advanced Designer (it is called form cover). As I see you are using both of them. The add logo option adds your logo inside the form, while the form cover is added above the form. 

I think that you want to remove the form cover. You can do it from the Advanced Designer:

After opening Advanced Designer, select Form Cover section and click remove:

Don't forget to save your changes from the Floppy Disk icon on the top left.
