Multiple routing options in forms

    Hello,

I'm looking for a new solution to replace our InfoPath forms.    We have some forms that get routed multiple times (e.g. to Quality Assurance, then to manager, then to HR) before they're finally done.   I'm talking more than simple routing (if user is member of that AD group then routed to that spot, if user is member of another group than routed different direction) so basically there's a lot of different 'rules' that can be triggered.

     Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

First of all, let me suggest you open a free JotForm account at the following link in order to experience JotForm: www.jotform.com/signup

Secondly, please watch our short video related to adjusting form in JotForm as you can find it at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5i4Bp-_mOM

Related to your main question, it is possible to set an approval workflow process in JotForm. Basically, everyone(i.e: manager) will have a keyword in order to see their special part and after approving, the related autoresponder email will be sent to others in order to be approved or not. You can check the following thread as an example: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1025890-

Please try and if you need any further assistance or clarifications, let us know. We will be glad to help you.

    Thanks in advance.
