My forms have been disabled

    Hello. My forms have been disabled. I believe this is due to the fact that I created an unauthorized field. I have already rectified. I would like to reiterate once again that we use jotform forms for public services of the Northern University of Paraná. Therefore we do not intend to collect unauthorized data.We urge you to unlock the forms as soon as possible.We have very important forms for requesting vehicles for the use of teachers in research activity and administrative activities. Thank you in advance.Hugs

    I have just reactivated your account. Please check again. The fields are actually fine. But I would suggest completing the form setup including the fields. This way, it doesn't look suspicious with just one field in it.
