We have lost our forms

    We had renewed our subscription and when we logged into our account today, all of our forms were gone! What happened? Are we able to get our forms back?

    When I check your email address, I have found two Jotform accounts which are related to this email address: som@specialolympics.mb.ca.

    One of them is on our free plan and its status is "dormant". The nickname of this account is "SpecialO" and there are no forms in it. Your premium account's nickname is "kenas10" and they can be displayed without any problem.

    I would like to recommend you to log in to your Jotform account with its nickname. Since both accounts have the same email address, you may be logging into the account you are not currently using. Also, I would like to recommend you to change the email address one of them to avoid confusion.
