Is it possible to control inventory in form?

Also, I would also like to know if there is a way to pull data from a table based on input from the person filling out the form. Such as have the person select themselves from a list. This would then display a choice specific to them. The dynamic drop down seems to be appropriate. But I want to display multiple choices and have additional input based on the selection made. It also needs to be repeatable until all selections have collected information.

I am trying to use this for inventory control to have people count 4-10 items. Based on the person I want to present them with a list of items they need to count and have them input the number of items for each line item. I don't want to have to create a form for each person/count. I want to be able to update a source table for these weekly counts. (picture attached)

Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that allows you to pull data from an external database. A workaround would be to add the entire set of fields in the form then show them based on a condition. You can show multiple fields at once.

However, this method is fixed which means that you cannot dynamically add fields. You also need to update the form if you wish to add options.

As for the inventory, you can incorporate any of the following widgets:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/appointment_slots

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance regarding this matter.
