Some submitted info unrelated to Credit Card number replaced with ###.

With which form you are having this issue with? 

I did check your account and found that you only have one form with 3 submissions. None of the submission data has any questions with ###. Please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will try to help you. You may also like to share a screenshot of the submission where you see these texts.
