I have the form encryption enabled but I never get asked for the key

When I attempt to view my encrypted submissions, I am never prompted for a key. I had encryption set to 'off' but I read on other threads that it needed to be turned on to view the previuos submissions. When I reactivated it I used the option that said 'I will use my existing key'. However I am still not prompted for the key so I can view the actual submissions.

How do I fix this so I can view the forms?

Please consider refreshing your browser cache and trying again, to get prompted for the private key. One of the tools to perform that can be found here: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

Another suggestion is to use the Incognito mode of your internet browser as that should have you asked for the key too.
