Please help me to link paypal into my workshop registery

Please help.. I've tried everything I can think of to add a payment option to my registery for a workshop. I have a PayPal acct. it can't get it to link and work... 

Your form is integrated with Paypal. I tried it, and the redirection works perfectly. See screenshot below:
