How to hide a field in email?

I have fields that calculate conditionally based on a drop down selection; I want to make it so that not all these fields show up in the email contents but they're not empty- is there a workaround for this? Or a way to conditionally make these appear empty?

I understand that you want to hide the empty fields in the autoresponder. Generally, the empty fields are not displayed in the email notification/auto-responder while the option 'Hide Empty Fields' is enabled in the email settings. If you have the fields that are not empty and you do not want to display these fields, you may remove them from the email notification/auto-responder. Please make sure that you are not altering the default template. However, you may try removing the fields from the table. If any modifications made to the email default template, the empty fields will be displayed in the email.
