How to Get Thank You load art Top of Screen

We have a fairly long order form. When a user submits the form it goes to the thank you page, but loads so far down the page that all the users see is a blank screen. You only see the thank you page content if you scroll all the way to the top of the page.

I checked and this only appears to be a problem with the form embeded in our wordpress site. How do we fix this? Feel free to submit the form to see for yourself.

It sounds to me like you have your form embedded on your wordpress page but it isn't taking your users to the top of the page after submission and appears to be blank because of it.

Please check to make sure that you've embedded your form on wordpress correctly as I see it is already shown on the majority of the page and shouldn't affect it too much.

If that doesn't help you can try re-embedding the form using our iframe method to see if that might work as an alternative because wordpress is usually very script heavy so there may be some conflicts stopping it from functioning correctly.
