Im trying to intergrate the form into Zoho CRM. Followed the instructions, tested the form, the form is posting data to Jotform, but the leads are not showing up in Zoho...
The form says it is connected the the CRM...

Zoho CRM integration works perfectly fine according to my tests. Are you sure you have entered the correct credentials (email address and password) for your Zoho account?
I suggest that you redo the integration, then let us now if the problem persists.

I've tried to re-intergrate. The credentials are correct as it is pulling my field names from Zoho.
I've tried web-to-lead and web-to-contact and neither works.
Could it have something to do with set 'required' fields in Zoho that do not recieve data from JotForm or maybe account owner?

I made a test submit on a clone of your form (under your account), and I was able to receive the lead on my Zoho CRM account.
Granted, I did not fill in all the fields, but the fact that information was passed to Zoho confirms that the integration is working.

I have found the issue, the form is posting to Zoho now, but there seems to be an issue with 'Required Fields' either (and I think) at JotForms's end or at Zoho's end.
If I turn off required fields at both ends, the data posts through. Is this a known issue?
Im doing some more testing to work out which end it is as I need required fields in the form to stop spammy submissions.

Yeah I think it is at Zoho's end... I set the required fields on a JotForm field and made no required fields on the CRM and the data is posting... It seems that if there are required fields in the Zoho, the form data does not post to the CRM, maybe something to look at
Otherwise, looking good! I see that drop downs are working now which is brillant!
