I am having difficulty with my Jot Form App. When i get a submission, the questions on my form are completely out of order. Why is that and how do i fix that?
I have included a screen shot from my app. As you can see, the first answer is one of the last ones on the form. The form this response is from is my MillerCoors General Market Recap.

It looks like that you are using Android mobile app. I am able to replicate the issue with the cloned version of your form and a different form in my account using Android mobile app on my phone. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.

I was informed by the iOS developer, that this issue in the iOS app was fixed.
