On my jot form I have an option where employees can choose multiple options. When they choose one, I want a new box to appear where they can choose MORE options. I do not want the second box to always be visible....only when they check the box.

To my understanding, you want a multiple choice question option and when the "More options" is selected a hidden text box will be added to your form. That is possible here in JotForm. You need to use the show or hide conditional logic in order to achieve what you want. Here's a guide on: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

You can clone the form to check the condition configuration. Here's a guide on: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Here's the condition configuration screenshot:

If the "Choose any" is Equal to "More Options" then it will Show the hidden field "More Options" to your form.
