Changing one field's label alignment is changing other field labels as well

I am simply trying to change the alignment of a field label. I go into the field properties and change it from "Top" to "Left." The change does work, however, it also changes the alignment of a few other fields as well.

I only had the one field selected when going into properties - I did not have multiple fields selected.

I did not duplicate fields.

Please see screenshot. (The bottom field, "Period Certain Only" is the field I want to change the alignment of. However, anytime I change the alignment of that field, it also changes the alignment of "Solve For" and "Desired Income.")

Please uncheck the "Set as form default" option in the properties menu, see image below:
