Where are my forms?

    I recently downgraded from the bronze plan back to the starter plan. I upgraded when we had a busy month and was informed that we had hit our submission limit for the month.  We only use the forms for a couple of months of the year and I couldn't justify the expense to my organizations leadership to keep paying for the subscription.  Nowhere did it indicate that downgrading would make me loose all of my forms.  I had applications on there that I had not saved the PDF versions of because I knew I had access to them online.  

    Is there any way to restore the forms AND the submissions at this point?

    Ideally you will not loose any forms or submissions, you will just have less limits in the starter plan. Having said that, I can only see a guest account with no forms associated with your email "bbrothers@svahec.org", which explains why you're not seeing any forms or submissions. 

    I also found another account "SouthernVermont" with the same IP address as your guest account, which I'm assuming belongs to your organization, this one has 7 forms, and quite a number of submissions. If this the account you should be using, please use the username or email address associated with that account to login, and you'll be able to see the forms and submissions, moreover if you've lost any forms from this account, please let us know what forms you've lost so we can look further into the issue.

    If you're referring to a different account, please provide the username so we can investigate, in order for us to provide you with an answer.
