How do I allow subscription purchases without PayPal account?

    I have a standard PayPal account (not Pro) and was told that I have direct payment/recurring payment (DPRP) ability with that account that I should be able to integrate with my JotForm payment form. PayPal has told me this should allow buyers to purchase subscriptions (recurring payments) without needing a PayPal account but being able to use their debit/credit card. However, when I test this out it forces me to create a PayPal account. What am I doing wrong?

    You may need to enable guest checkout in PayPal.

    Log in to paypal and go to My Account

    Under profile, select more options

    On the left menu, select my selling tools

    Under selling online, select website preference click update

    Turn on  "paypal account optional" and then click on the learn more button and read it.

    SAVE YOUR CHANGES at the bottom of the page.
