Can I create a form on my website to allow the client to upload a file?

I have a client requesting a website that will enable a client to upload artwork that will then be applied to their product. They don't need to see a proof just an option for the client to attach a file that will be sent to us?

Can your forms supply this option? If so, can this be applied to any website?
