In the mean time could you give me a workaround ?
I need to see the field so Hiding it will not be an option for me

In the mean time you could add the Get Form Page URL widget, it will let you know if the submission is being edited.
Once added you could set up a condition to disable the fields on edit mode, example:
This guide will help you adding the widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
Here's also a guide about enabling/disabling fields on your form with conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/371-How-to-Enable-Disable-Fields-Using-Conditional-Logic
You could also clone my form and check how it works on your end: https://form.jotformpro.com/71398222028960
The email field has been set to read only and it's being affected by the condition as well.
Hope this helps.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that, owner of the form can change read-only values in the edit submission mode. Your submitters can not update this values in edit mode.
Please take a look and let me know if you’ll need anything else.

So let me understand there is two type of edit submission mode ?
One that is available from my Jotform Back office ? Correct ?
And the other one throw Email submission with the added link at the footer of the email ?
like my picture
If I go throw this link we can not change read only values ? That exaclty what I want !

Each time that you edit the submission through the submissions page, you will be able to edit read only fields.
With the edit link included in emails, you will be able to edit read only fields since you're the form's owner, if you would not like to edit these fields, then you could open the link in a different browser or incognito mode, this way your JotForm session will not be recognized and fields will keep the read only property.
Your users will always get fields blocked (if read only option is enabled), they would need to log-in into your account if they would like to edit these read only fields.
Hope this information helps; however, if you have any question, let us know.
