Why after I press submit does my form say "form disabled"?

    I checked your form (http://form.jotform.us/41395540954157) and I was able to replicate the issue. Can you please try enabling your form? To enable the form, click More then click Enable.

    When I click on enable it refreshes and says "working", but it sat and did that for 20 minutes and nothing happened

    Perhaps the form has a minor glitch because your account was previously in a Dormant status. Can you please try cloning your form in your account and try submitting again?

    Somehow my form has been deleted. Do I have to redo the entire thing to make it work again?

    This is extremely frustrating. My form somehow disappeared and now I'm trying to make a new one and that one doesn't work. The URL for that is https://www.jotform.com/NaN

    As per checking your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/71360597884166) it is now accessible. I also did a test submit on your form and it works fine on my end.
