How to e-mail form to clients

I want to make a form that lets me fill in information and then e-mail it to a client. (For example: I have taken photos of their property and rather than leave a door hanger letting them know I was there, I want to fill out a brief form on my phone and e-mail it to them.)  Is there a way to put in an e-mail field (for the client's email) and when I hit the submit button, it will send the form to the client?  Thank you.

Additional Note:  I meant to say that I have added an email field and have entered my own address and submitted it. But when I receive the e-mail, it's just the basic information - not the nicely designed form with the theme, etc.

If I understood you correctly you will be filling the form and you want that data that you have entered inside of the form is sent to email address that you have entered inside of the form.

You can achieve that by creating Autoresponder email.

However please note that email will not look like the live form. It will only contain entered data.

It is possible to customize email template, but it can not look exactly like your live form.

Thank you. I've completed the design of my form. https://www.jotform.com/build/71357534427156

If I'm reading your reply correctly you're saying that I can send my form via e-mail (auto responder) but it won't be the nice, "blue envelope" design with my logo.

So there's no way to get the form you see on the screen to be sent via e-mail to a third party?

Default Autoresponder email of your form, that will be sent will look like this.

You can customize it inside of email settings and add your logo, change fonts, and even edit the source code, but it will be hard to style the email template to look exactly like the online form.

You can add edit link to your Autoresponder email, so that your users can see data that you have entered on the live form.

Just in case that I did not understood your question correctly and you want to send link of your form via email to your clients, inside of this guide you can find how to do it:

Thank you for your quick response! I'll try formatting my e-mail response to look a bit nicer. Thanks again.
