How to remove the Jotform Ad?

Is there a way to remove the advertisement "Now create your own JotForm - It’s free!" at the bottom of the submission page?

To remove the JotForm Ad, the account should be in any Paid Plans. Please go to MyAccount Settings, scroll down to see the JotForm footer and untick the checkbox.
