Billing: Cancel my paid subcription

dear all 

i paid only for one time bronzy type 

but i noticed second month send us other pill 

please cancel an automatic pill 

never paid if i dont have event

As I understand, you want us to cancel your Bronze Monthly Subscription because you've preferred to pay only one time. If you upgrade your account to paid monthly plans, you will be charged in every month.

As far as I check, your account has already been scheduled to downgrade as your last payment is failed.

I have canceled your paid subscription and refunded your money back.

You can continue to use your free plan.
