    I don't found anywhere the encryption key in my computer. Couldd you delete it? Thanks

    We don't have the capability to delete your downloaded files. If you're using a PC (windows), please check your Download folder as shown in the image below:

    You can also search it, if you didn't rename it. Go to your search bar and search for "jotform.key" to locate the file. See image below:

    If you're a Mac user, please check the Download folder under the Favorites.
