Can anyone explain why form collapse is not working for me?

I'm trying to make it so that when you click on a form collapse button it will display a certain section (located underneath), and that if you click it again it will hide the section.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the Form collapse tool is not working. I see that the apostrophe in the first collapse tool which is causing the issue. Please try removing the apostrophe in the text of first collapse tool so that it should be working fine.
