Why is the title of my registration form different after submitting

Asked by momturon on May 17, 2017 at 11:37 AM

The title of my registration form lists the year as 2017, but when a copy of the submitted form comes to my email box, it has 2016 on the top of the form. I can't figure out why this is happening.

I cloned your form and I can see that the title in the notification email and autoresponder is different to the form title. To fix this, you need to edit it in the Emails tab. See the screen animation guide below:

    1. Login to your account and open the form.
    2. Go to the Settings page and select the Emails tab.
    3. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon of the Autoresponder email and change the title to {form_title}. Click the Save button when you're done.
    4. Click the Edit (Pencil) icon of the Notification email and change the title to {form_title}. Click the Save button when you're done.

Hope that helps. Please do get back to us if you have questions.
